We do not accept Gift Cards at this time.
Under the “Payment Method” section, enter your credit card number, expiration date and security code (the security code is a unique three- or four-digit number printed on your debit or credit card). Make sure all information is correct, then click the ”Pay” button at the bottom to place your order.
We accept any debit or credit card with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover logo.
You might see two identical transactions on your statement. The first transaction is a hold (also known as a "pre-authorization" or "pending authorization"). Your bank adds the hold when you submit your order, ensuring funds are available before the actual charge is processed. Once your order ships and the actual charge is posted to your account, the hold will disappear.
It can take several business days for your bank to remove the hold. If you have any concerns, we recommend contacting your bank, or allowing a Fred Meyer Direct Customer Service Representative to reach out on your behalf.
If a product is subject to sales tax in the state to which the order will be shipped, tax is calculated on the total selling price of each individual taxable product. In accordance with state tax laws, the total selling price of a product will generally include applicable product-level discounts and allocation of order-level discounts. Additionally, shipping charges may be subject to sales tax in accordance with state tax laws. The amount of tax charged on your order will depend upon many factors, including the type of product(s) purchased and destination of the shipment.
Please note: Since factors can change between the time your order is placed and the time your credit card is charged, the final sales tax amount may differ from the original estimate.
Declined cards can be caused by entering the wrong expiration date or security code. Please check that all the information you entered is correct. Also, check to make sure the billing address you entered matches what your bank or credit card company has on file. If everything is correct, contact your bank or credit card company to find out why it was declined. Your bank or credit card company has access to your decline records and can provide a reason. We do not have this information.

No. However, creating an account gives you access to helpful features, including super-fast checkout, previous order history, personalized product recommendations, exclusive coupons and so much more!
You can’t delete your account entirely, but you can easily remove all saved addresses and credit card information.
To delete one or more saved addresses, first log in to your Fred Meyer account, select My Account at the top of the page, navigate to your Address Book on the left, and select “Delete” under each address.
To delete one or more saved credit cards, first log in to your Fred Meyer account, select My Account at the top of the page, navigate to Stored Payment Methods on the left, and select “Delete” beside each credit card.
You’ll need to enable cookies in order to save your name and the contents of your shopping cart in our system. Enabling cookies allows a personalized shopping experience. You can easily avoid errors by enabling cookies for your preferred browser (instructions below). Updating your personal information is easy. By signing in to your account, you can edit your name, email address, password, shipping address, billing address and credit card information. For security purposes, you might need to re-enter your password to make certain changes to your account.
You earn Fuel Points on your purchases (normal exclusions apply): $1 spent = 1 Fuel Point (excluding taxes or shipping fees).
The Fuel Points program allows you to receive savings of up to $1 off per gallon on fuel purchases at participating Kroger fuel centers. You may redeem 100 Fuel Points at participating Shell Stations for a 10¢ off per gallon savings. You may redeem up to 1,000 Fuel Points in a single fill-up at Fred Meyer, for up to $1 off per gallon. For each increment of 100 Fuel Points redeemed at Fred Meyer, 10¢ off per gallon will be awarded. Program discount is good for one purchase of fuel, up to 35 gallons. Credit and debit card fraud prevention policies may limit transaction at the dispenser. Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts.
100 Fuel Points = 10¢ off per gallon of fuel for 1 fill-up at participating Shell Stations.
100 Fuel Points = 10¢ off per gallon of fuel for 1 fill-up at Fred Meyer.
200 Fuel Points = 20¢ off per gallon of fuel for 1 fill-up at Fred Meyer.
1,000 Fuel Points = $1 off per gallon of fuel for 1 fill-up at Fred Meyer.

At this time you cannot redeem and apply Fuel Points on online orders you place at Direct.FredMeyer.com.
Once your order has processed and shipped, your Fuel Points will be available.
No, there is not a limit on the number of Fuel Points you can earn.
If you were signed in to your Fred Meyer account when you placed your order, you can view your order history by logging in, navigating to My Account at the top of the page, and selecting My Orders to see recent purchases.
If you did not use your Fred Meyer account to place the order, you can access order information by using this form and having your order number (Order ID), last name, and zip code or email address available.
To track your order, visit this page. You’ll need your billing zip code and order number, which can be found in your shipping confirmation email. Your shipping confirmation email will also include your tracking number.
Please note: It can take up to 24 hours after your order ships before tracking information is available.
We encourage you to stock up on everything you need, but we reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel purchases based on order value.
All prices are subject to change and are not confirmed until the time of purchase, which is why you may see an item’s price change in your shopping cart.
We advise checking your junk or spam email folders. Anti-spam software can block legitimate emails. If they’re in your spam folder, be sure to mark the emails as not spam.

If an item goes out of stock while our system downloads your order, we will cancel it.
Privacy & Security
We enforce strict security measures to ensure your confidential information is safe and protected.
Every transaction is encrypted to ensure security and privacy. The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code and decoded on our secure server.
To validate your order and prevent fraud, we might ask for extra information to verify your account. Our system will randomly select orders for added verification. If your order is randomly selected, you’ll receive an email or phone call from our Fraud Department requesting added verification of the order. Once we receive your response and all information has been verified through our Fraud Review System, the order will be released for immediate shipment.
We do not offer wholesale discounts on bulk purchases.

Returns & Refunds
Yes. However, we can only process the following order issues online:
- Damaged product
- Product issue (expired or wrong item)
- Lost in shipping/didn’t arrive
- Missing items
If you wish to return an item due to a different reason, please call or email us with your question(s).
Yes! You can return a product to your nearest Fred Meyer within 90 days of purchase.
Please note: At this time, in-store returns can only be processed at Fred Meyer. Other stores within the Kroger Family cannot process refunds for Fred Meyer Direct.
No. At this time, in-store returns can only be processed at Fred Meyer stores. You may also request to return items online or by calling customer service at (1-800-576-4377).
Currently, we do not offer store credit. All refunds will be transferred back to the original form of payment used when the order was first processed.
If an order is refused, we will offer you a refund if the order is returned to our fulfillment center undamaged. Refunds will be issued for the cost of merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Please note: If the cost of the return shipment due to your refusal is billed to us, you may be responsible for that cost.
We want you to be happy and completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and the service we provide. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below, and we’ll be happy to help you return the item(s) in question.
Please note: Merchandise will need to be returned within 90 days of purchase. Free in-store returns can be made at any Fred Meyer store Customer Service desk. By-mail returns are paid by the customer and sent our Distribution Center for processing.

Once we receive your items, we’ll process your request within 24 hours, but it might take up to 5 business days for your financial institution to reflect it on your account statement. The amount will be refunded back to the account used for the original purchase. If this account is closed or the credit/debit card used is now expired, the credit will still be refunded to the original form of payment. The financial institution of the card in question will then be responsible for issuing the refund.

Delivery options are determined by your shipping zip code and delivery times are calculated during checkout. We use FedEx along with select regional carriers to provide the fastest, most economical service.
Once your order has been processed and packed at the fulfillment center, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email at the email address you provided when placing your order.
Shipping is available to all 50 states. We currently do not ship to U.S. Territories or any international destination.
