We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our Fred Meyer Direct website which are in original condition. Items containing lithium batteries or that are identified as hazardous for shipping, will need to be returned to a local Fred Meyer store.

  4. Select the item(s) to be returned and fill in the remaining fields. Add additional comments if necessary
  5. Submit your request

After your request is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the following steps.


View status of your return by clicking “My Returns” in the Account Dashboard when you’re logged into your account.


Please note: Only one refund request can be submitted online per order, but a request can contain multiple items.

Once we receive your package, our team will verify its content to ensure it is in original condition. We will then issue the credit back to your financial institution. Processing may take 5-7 business days.


You can also return to your local Fred Meyer store to eliminate the shipping wait time.
